Sultry Aqua is involved with a man who proposes —that she should fill in for his supper club’s absentee hostess.
She does, and meets dashing Latin business owner Noel, who invites her to accompany him to several coastal isles. Despite dire predictions, and warnings not to go, the sexy pair make the island-hopping trek.
Then...strange things happen. On the little known Miraunga Isle, Aqua begins to sleepwalk. At night she glides through the bayou, and alligator filled swamps. During the day, she drifts down hallways dusty with disuse. Having become privy to many a disturbing thing, she also takes refuge in a centuries-old cemetery!
Desperate for answers, she makes inquiries, only to find that her queries have called forth... something. Now it seems all hell has broken loose --and that something, or someone, seeks to take her life!
Having brought her into the melee, the dashing Latin Noel summons the High Priestess from a neighboring isle. As he and Aqua nervously wait, individually, they harbor many questions. The one uppermost in both their minds however, is will the priestess arrive...in time?
