The Cohort Trilogy, let’s talk about Cousin…

Hi friends and fam,

I’m back. Let’s jump right in. I wanted to let you know concerning The Cohort Trilogy that soon Book I and Book II will  be re-released with new ISBN numbers, new covers, and updated content. I’m quite happy about that. As the time nears I will remind you.

Now back to what we were discussing last week – the characters in The CohortTrilogy - Book I, Absolution. So I told you a bit about Beau, our gay male lead… therefore I want to mention his cousin, a woman who is also in the book.

She feels as older cousins sometimes do, about the younger ones. This lady feels she must protect her family member Beau. Things happened to him as a youngster that caused her to feel protective. (While reading the book you may glimpse these.) Thus, as an adult, Cousin yet feels she needs to step in on Beau’s behalf – which to our lovely male lead, seems smothering, at times. I mean because really, who wants someone always hovering over them? Sure, Beau is aware that his cousin means no harm, but he still lets her know, “Hey,quit that!”

Now although cousin thinks she’s got some areas of her own life together, you the reader get to see that there are other areas where she needs a bit of work. As we all do, right? While reading the book you may even see things about her that even she didn’t know. Cool huh? I’m good like that. LOL. You might even get to see her evolve too. That’s always a nice thing when you see it in a book, for a character to begin at once place and wind up in another, emotionally.

Well… you know the drill. I’ve got to run. I look forward to seeing you in about a week though, for another little chat. Until then, make it all good.

April
