A Tranquility Tale – Read About the Preacher and His Family

Hi friends and fam,

Today, I’d like to apologize to you for being unplugged for a little while. Among other things, I was working on my new novel that will soon be released. It’s called  REBUKE and it is the first of quite a few tales that I have set in the sleepy town of Tranquility.

This story, about a preacher and his family, spans four decades and offers readers a look behind the veil. By that I mean, in this book I am giving readers a glimpse into the private lives of the quintessential neighborhood preacher and his family.

The Cohort Trilogy – It Gets Emotional

Hi friends and fam,

I hope all is going well for you. Today we are yet discussing Progression  – Book II of The Cohort Trilogy. We’ve already covered that in this book you get to meet three women and beautiful buff Beau, our main characters – The Cohorts. We discussed you meeting a self-serving young man whom we’ll call Red. We also discussed another male hottie who happens to love one of the Cohorts. We discussed the mamas –Beau’s mother in particular who is a trip.

The Cohort Trilogy – introducing the mamas

Hi friends and fam,

Today we are yet discussing Progression  – Book II of The Cohort Trilogy. In this book I did something that I hadn’t done before. I brought in a mother figure. Sure, in the first book [Absolution] you heard about the mothers of different ones, but I didn’t allow you, the reader, to interact with them. I didn’t want to sidetrack you. I wanted you to focus wholly on The Cohorts, Beau and his women friends.

However, in  Progression  you get to meet the woman who raised our beautiful buff Beau.

There is yet confusion and drama--conframa...

Hi friends and fam,

Today I want to discuss  Progression –  Book II  of  The Cohort Trilogy.  I want to let you in on a little secret. I didn’t intend to write this book, a sequel. I simply wound up jotting down tons of things while writing a different book. Then readers kept asking what was going to happen, because of the way that  Book I closed. So I went back to my notes. As I assembled them I saw that I had a ton of chapters. So I began the process.

I have got to say this...

Hi friends and fam,

Today I must address something. Two times now I’ve heard it. I know that’s not a lot, but twice people have said they felt that a book of mine began slowly. Granted, those opinions were from the young. Granted, they may not yet understand that thedestinationis important. You know, where the story ends. However, thejourney, getting to the destination is crucial too.

That said; I want to explain something. When a reader chooses me—one of my books, I feel as though that person has made an alliance, entered a non-verbal contract with me.

The Cohort Trilogy, meet Veronica —more aptly known as Ronni…

Hi friends and fam,

Today, in keeping with our theme:The Cohort Trilogy-Book I,  Absolution which will soon be re-released with new ISBN numbers, new covers, and updated content I’d like to speak to you about our lead character. Well not about him exactly. I want to introduce Ronni to those of you who haven’t yet met her. This butter-yellow mouthy spirited woman happens to be Beau’s other roommate.

Now I must tell you, with Ronni [RON-nee] you will either love her or hate her, there is no in between.

The Cohort Trilogy, let’s talk about Cousin…

Hi friends and fam,

I’m back. Let’s jump right in. I wanted to let you know concerningThe Cohort Trilogythat soonBook IandBook IIwill  be re-released with new ISBN numbers, new covers, and updated content. I’m quite happy about that. As the time nears I will remind you.

Now back to what we were discussing last week – the characters inThe CohortTrilogy-Book I,Absolution. So I told you a bit about Beau, our gay male lead… therefore I want to mention his cousin, a woman who is also in the book.

Information on ‘The Cohort Trilogy’

Someone is always asking about my Cohort Trilogy, so I figured I’d tell you a bit about it each week.

First of all, the three books in the trilogy are calledAbsolution,Progression, andIniquities. However, let’s speak aboutAbsolution,Book 1for now.

In it a reader gets to meet four friends, three women and their gay male roommate Beau [Bo.] Beau and the ladies call themselves cohorts because often they find themselves in untoward situations, together --many of which you the reader will get to see firsthand or hear about through their telling.

Something I'm pondering...

Hi friends & fam,

Maybe you're wondering why there are new covers up for
bothAbsolutionandProgression,Books IandIIof
The Cohort Trilogy. Well, those are actually the covers
for thee-booksnow available onKindleandNook.

Pretty soon however, those will be the covers for the
paperbacks. You see, bothAbsolutionand
Progressionwill be re-released -- with new ISBN
numbers! Those will correspond with that ofIniquities,
Book IIIof the trilogy.

Although I find myself quite busy right now, with the

Someone Else's Book I Read

I want to quickly tell you about a book I happened to read. Actually, I took the last two days off from writing
so I could immerse myself in it. The book is called 'I See Your Dream Job,' by Sue Frederick, and boy is
it powerful! Yes, I love self-help books and lots of things that seem 'new age' to some people.

Anyway, about the book; Sue the author is an intuitive, someone who instinctively knows, after interacting
with a person what they would be best and happiest doing in their career. Don't get me wrong, I did not
